We have been farming in West Sussex the past 30 years running a traditional mixed family farm rearing top quality beef and lamb grazing the beautiful Sussex Weald. We are passionate about the food we produce and with careful management of the land they graze we have happy healthy stock.
Julia has always had a passion for cooking training at Prue Leith's School of Food and Wine. Julia continues to promote the importance of local food and quality of ingredients. Sussex Lamb has enabled us to showcase the food we produce with our beautiful Shepherds Hut kitchen in the best possible way.
